Restorative Membrane Injection

The Re-Systems Group’s restorative membrane system is an innovative system that effectively and completely replaces a failed membrane WITHOUT any excavation of soil or break-up of concrete. Because traditional methods of replacing a waterproofing membrane are extremely costly, most owners go with minor crack repairs/diverting methods to temporarily bandage leaks. When this is no longer viable even more costly replacement is required. Using Turbo Seal, The Re-Systems Group has a way to restore damaged/failed waterproofing membrane at a low cost. More importantly, there is no disruption in operations/lifestyle due to heavy construction.

This mock up demonstrates how turbo seal creates a membrane behind a vertical wall to repair leaks. As seen in the clip, steel bars and other debris were placed in the mock up. Foam was injected to fill the large voids, then turbo seal was injected to provide full coverage behind the wall.
