Directions

    1. Mix Type A and Type B, using a hand mixer.
    2. And add and mix Type C and D in order.
    3. Mix material using a mechanical method such as a hand mixer.
    4. Limit the amount of mixed material at normal temperature so that it can be applied within 30 minutes.
    5. *The size of rushed aggregate should be within .5 – .75 inch depending on thickness of the mortar applied.
It shall be sieved so as to be mixed with stone powder or fine aggregate.

Caution

    1. A sufficient curing is required under the temperature below 50°F.
    2. Do not apply at temperatures below 31°F.
    3. Given the container once used is already heated that might reduce the time allowable for application, use other container in 2nd mixing.
    4. Protect the surface from external impact at least for 24 hours after application, and continue the following work after checking curing state.
    5. Do not use expired material.
    6. As the mixing ratio shall be based on weight the scale shall be used for accurate mixing.
    7. The lower the temperature the higher the viscosity, thus heat them with hot water to obtain a high viscosity.

Storage

    1. Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material for further details. If any problems persists, contact the manufacturer..

Other

    1. In the event of any discrepancies between the specification and work environment, please consult the manufacturer or designer before application.
