Directions

    1. Mix Type A and B using a hand mixer.
    2. Mixed material shall be used within a time allowable (within 30 minutes at normal temperature).
    3. As Type A contains filler it may settle down when a storage is extended, thus agitate it sufficiently (one
    4. minute) using a hand mixer before mixing with Type B (hardener).
    5. Mix material using a mechanical method such as a hand mixer.

Caution

    1. A sufficient curing is required under the temperature below 50°F.
    2. Do not apply at temperatures below 31°F.
    3. Expired material should not be used.
    4. Allow a 3-day curing at normal temperature after final application.
    5. The container used for mixing initially shall not be used for the 2nd mixing because once heated container may reduce the time allowable for application.

Storage

    1. The viscosity tends to be high in low temperature .
    2. In case of high viscosity, add the warm water to bring down the viscosity level.
    3. Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material for further details. If any problems persists, contact the manufacturer.

Other

    1. In the event any discrepancies between the specification and work environment, please consult the manufacturer or designer before application.
