Product Description

RE-CFP is carbon fiber laminated panel for reinforced concrete repair, bending reinforcement, and structural strengthening. RE-CFP is also used for concrete structure rehabilitation to maintain sufficient strength capabilities during the expected life of the concrete structure.

Directions

    1. Remove defective parts and foreign material from surface.
    2. Repair uneven surface with recommended material.
    3. Apply the adhesive on panel using rubber scoop or roller.
    4. Install carbon fiber panel in accordance with the details on drawing.

Caution

    1. Take appropriate protection measure from dust generated from cutting.
    2. Cutting should be carried out in a way to ensure no dust or foreign material remains on rod surface.
    3. No application under the temperature below 41°F.
    4. Mix the adhesive at the mixing ratio using a scale at 300rpm for three minutes.

Storage

    1. Store in cool area and away from direct sunlight.
    2. Store in a way to ensure no contamination with dust or oil.
    3. Refer to specification for further detail on storage. Contact the manufacturer for inquiries on storage.
    4. Handle carefully so as not to be damaged by impact or bending during storage and transportation.
