Summary

Concrete surface primer and strengthener.

RE-AP

Product Description

RE-AP is a aqueous acrylate/styrene co-polymer dispersion of chemically atmospheric curing type primer work excellent adhesion to old concrete. It increases concrete surface strength by percolation of porous concrete and weak concrete surface layer penetration, it make increases of adhesive strength and surface reinforcement.

Application

    1. As a Primer, strengthening surface of being captured agent and increase adhesion of surface coating for percolation of concrete surface.
    2. As a new to old concrete bonding bridge to substantially improve the bonding characteristics
      of cementitious repair mortars.
    3. As a coating for anti-gasoline, anti-oil ductility.
    4. Dust protection coatings for concrete surface, brick, plaster board, wood. lose to water.

Application Equipment

    1. Application tool : Brush, spray.

Features

    1. Increase concrete strength by percolation of porous concrete and weak concrete surface
      layer penetration.
    2. Water vapor permeability similar to concrete.
    3. Adhesion to most substrates including concrete, brick, plaster board and wood.
    4. Protection against carbonation and corrosive materials.
    5. Non-flammable, negligible odour and toxicity is classified as non-Hazardous for transportation.

Directions

    1. Remove any foreign material on surface by air cleaning.
    2. After cleaning, apply the material using a brush or spray gun etc.

Caution

    1. A sufficient curing is required under the temperature below 50°F.
    2. In case of any condensation on surface, dry the surface using heater, fan, air compressor, or portable burner.
    3. Remove any residual material on surface using a cloth to ensure optimal adhesion.
    4. Protect the surface from external impact, rain or direct sunlight for at least 24 hours after application.
    5. Mortar should not be applied too thick or will form a film.

Storage

    1. Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material for further details. If any problems persists, consult the manufacturer.

Other

    1. In the event of any discrepancies between the specification and work environment, consult the manufacturer or designer before application.
