Pace-1000
Product Description
Pace-1000 is a safe, user-friendly, odorless, non flammable water
based acrylic polymer dispersion. It is a water repellent and multi-purpose
elastomeric laminate coating with high adhesion and flexibility when
coated on rough surfaces such as concrete flat-roofs, walls, masonry,
and wood. It is non yellowing, UV resistant, and resistant to damage
from oil, acid, salts, and alkali.
Application
- Concrete Flat Roofs
- Walls
- Coatings for Wood, Masonry, Etc.
- Application tool: Spray, roller, brush.
- Not water-soluble
- Non yellowing
- Suitable for coloring
- UV resistance
- Exhibiting good weathering resistance
- High elasticity, therefore of the high stress cracking resistance
- Impact damage resistance.
- Excellent resistance to damage from oil, acid, salts, alkali.

Directions
- Check concrete surface before application.
(a double cross-coating in principle, after checking the surface
at normal temperature)
- Spray equipment at normal coating spray or air spray.
- The amount of material per coat shall be controlled not to run
down (Pace 1000).
- The 2nd coat shall be applied after checking the 1st coat’s curing
with fingers.
- A sufficient curing is required under the temperature below 50°F.
- In case of any condensation on surface, the moisture shall be
dried using heater, air compressor or portable burner before application.
- Do not apply at temperatures below 31°F and above 95°F.
- Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material
for further details. If any problems persists, consult the manufacturer.
- Those not instructed in specifications may follow standard concrete
specifications.
- In the event of any discrepancies between the specification and
work environment, please consult the manufacturer or designer before
application.
