HE-300
Product Description
HE-300 is a water based epoxy polyamide membrane barrier coat of two
components. It is a chemically atmospheric curing type of waterproof
coating and concrete neutralization preventive. It is a highly tolerant
membrane/barrier to prevent water seepage or permeation for floors,
walls, water storage tanks or reservoirs and swimming pools. It is
safe to use in sensitive locations (around food or habitable areas)
and is environmentally friendly.
Application
- Basements
- Tunnels
- Roof Slabs
- Water Tanks
- Swimming Pools
- Water Purification Plants
- Sewage Treatment Facilities
- Mixing equipment: Hand mixer.
- Gauge: Scales.
- Application equipment: Brush, roller.
- Easy cleanup using water and can be applied to damp surfaces
- Cured membrane will withstand 250 kPa hydrostatic pressure which
is equivalent to a 25m head of water.
- Can be tinted with Universal machine paint colorants.
- Non-flammable, negligible odor and toxicity as approved for use
with drinking water tanks.
- Has excellent adhesion to most substrates including concrete block,
brick, masonry, stone, and wood

Mixing Ratio
Directions
- Measure Type A and Type B per missing ratio.
- Because Type A contains filler, it may settle down when storage
is extended. Make sure to thoroughly mix Type A with a hand mixer
before mixing with Type B (hardener).
- Mix material using a mechanical method such as a hand mixer.
- Limit the amount of mixed material at normal temperature so that
it can be applied within 40 minutes at normal temperature.
- In consideration that the time allowable for application tends
to reduce at high temperature and increase in low temperature, the
amount of material for a single application shall be controlled
accordingly.
- The application shall, in principle, be carried out in horizontal,
vertical and cross direction.
- A sufficient curing is required under the temperature below 50°F.
- Do not apply at temperatures below 31°F.
- Measurement shall be accurate and strictly in accordance with
the mixing ratio.
- Do not used expired material.
- For waterproofing applications, use 0.5mm or thicker.
- Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material
for further details. If any problems persists, consult the manufacturer.
- In the event of any discrepancies between the specification and
work environment, please consult the manufacturer or designer before
application.
