Dency-P
Product Description
Dency-P is a concrete densifier, steel preservative, and corrosion
inhibitor. It permeates the concrete and restrains the electrolytes,
which cause corrosion, and finally, prevents moisture penetration
and freeze-thaw damage.
Application
- Bridges
- Piers
- Beams
- Girders
- Sewer Tunnels
- Concrete Structures
- Application tool : Spray, brush.
- Penetrates existing concrete to rebar. No removal of old concrete.
- Rust prevention of internal reinforced concrete (exclusion of
oxygen, moisture and electrolyte).
- Increases concrete density & strength (20-80%)
- pH 12
- Environmental friendly.
- Easy execution of work.
- Crack and rust prevention.

Directions
- Apply Dency-P after removing rust on re-bars.
- Use air spraying tool.
- Curing time - 30 min *curing time is based on at or under 78°F
- A sufficient curing is required under the temperature below 50°F.
- In case of any condensation on surface, dry the surface using
heater, fan, air compressor or portable burner.
- Do not apply at the temperatures below 31°F and over 95°F.
- Remove any residual material on surface using a cloth to ensure
optimal adhesion.
- If material is applied on too thick, it will form a film..
- Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material
for further details. If any problems persists, consult the manufacturer.
- In the event of any discrepancies between the specification and
work environment, consult the manufacturer or designer before application.
